Experience more JOY with Sound Healing and Yoga!
My intention is to help people experience more joy in their every day lives. I do this through my passion for sound healing and yoga. I offer “Sound Baths,” which are concerts with Paiste Planetary Gongs and crystal singing bowls, individual sound healing and reiki sessions, and “Yoga and Sound” classes, which consist of Hatha yoga blended with elements of sound healing. Sound healing is an amazing modality that has both been around since the beginning of time and is the future of healing modalities! We are made up of vibration and using sound and vibration therapeutically has deep healing effects on all levels of our being; physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.
