 Beginning Hoopdance

 

In beginning level hoopdance you will learn the foundational moves of hooping and start to put them together into a beautiful dance. You will strengthen and open your body, and discover yourself in the hoop. All the while, you'll be toning your abs, back, arms, hips, buns and legs, strengthening and opening your upper back and chest, increasing balance and getting a cardio workout! Open to all level beginning students.

Intermediate Hoopdance

Are you ready to have some fun? Intermediate level hoopdance allows you to take your hoop dancing to the next level by building onto your core moves and gaining new ones! You will increase your speed, grace, agility and flow with the hoop, and you'll learn stunning new tricks. The intermediate level class also increases the intensity of your workout. You'll continue to strengthen and tone your body, at a higher level, and you'll get an intense cardio workout! This class is open to students who have learned most of the beginning level moves.   

Hoop Flow

 

Are you ready to add some style and grace to all the moves you have been learning?  Hoopdance Flow is an intense cardio workout where you will learn to build agility and flow in the hoop. You will play with sexing a move up or making it sportier, grooving to different styles of music and getting comfortable with performing…whether it’s in your backyard or on a stage. This class is open to students who have learned most of the beginning level moves.
